Well i seen Chip say fast 04 needed to be started, so I didn't play any OOP turns, then i seen all of a sudden the game just continued on like there wasn't a problem.

What is up with that??


If i would have played my OOP turns, it would have been without a scores page and no chance to attack for land. It would seem to me this game needs restarted...unless I was the only fool who waited.

That also meant any empire who played their turns before the scores starting working, did so with impunity, and had no risk of attacks.
